The place is small and a little worn around the edges, but the owners have done a great job of making it comfortable with comfy beds and furniture. Most of all it was great to be able to walk to so many restaurants and coffee shops. Great stay!

Excellent property! We had everything we needed and were comfortable. It would be perfect for 8 people. We had ten people and had to take the two mattresses out and put them on the floor in one of the larger rooms, but there was plenty of space and we were still very comfortable. It was so much fun to have the pickleball court in the backyard and the place looked just like the photos- beautiful!! Great location- very close to restaurants and grocery stores and a short distance to downtown Tampa. Would definitely recommend this home to families, friends, or couples and we would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in Conch Republic. The unit was comfortable and we really liked the location. We enjoyed walking around the quaint neighborhoods, the waterfront and pier area. Crescent Lake was a nice place to walk and run, and play pickle ball and tennis. It is conveniently located near several restaurants, Trader Joe's, and The Fresh Market.

Such a beautiful place to stay in a beautiful area. The hosts were incredibly responsive to every question we had. very comfortable beds with everything our family needed. Great outdoor area and convenient location to restaurants and grocery store.

The property is on a quiet block with plenty of privacy. A well thought out design, inside & out! The owners were very responsive and were able to accommodate requests such as an iron & ironing board. I also have to add that the bed was very comfortable! I will definitely stay here again when I am back in Tampa.

Great location, a part of St Pete that close to downtown but quiet with a historic park and great local coffee shop steps away. The decor was so fun!! Very kitschy and joyous. Thanks for a great stay! Any street parking is challenging in a city but I'd rather walk 1/2 a block than pay $30 extra for it at a big hotel. And I was within 4 cars of my entrance all 3 nights. That's why I gave 10/10. It was really easy.

Our family had such a wonderful time. We booked three of the units in total, and it was just perfect! The fenced courtyard was perfect for our family since we had toddlers with us. It was nice to have a picnic table in the courtyard as well! This is also in such a great location! A delicious bagel place so close! Only a few minutes walk. We pretty much walked everywhere it was so close to everything! Our favorite places were Rick’s reef, casa del Paine and tiki bagel! It was also so close to the sunday farmers market in st Pete’s beach. It was a great stay.

We had such a great stay here! So many walkable places nearby, from restaurants to little shops, which made it super convenient. The place itself felt very private and quiet, which we really appreciated, especially being in Florida where things can get busy. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy, and the host was responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay again!

Cute little bungalow. Loved the room themes and common areas. Good place to stay, about a 5 minute drive to the crowded Treasure Island area. I much prefer being a little bit away from the loud crowds. Would recommend and stay again.
