• Pets are welcome! We allow up to 3 pets per reservation, with a fee of $150 per pet. Please notify us in advance if you will be bringing pets. Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive pet hair or pet-related accidents. • Smoking, including vaping, is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property (indoors and outdoors). • Events or parties are permitted, but must be pre-approved by us beforehand. All required city permits must be secured prior to your event. Guests hosting unapproved events without proper permitting will be charged a minimum fee of $500 (up to $5000), and are responsible for any city penalties or fees incurred. • Children and infants (under 2 years old) are welcome! • Please observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM out of respect for neighbors and fellow guests. Keep noise to a minimum during this time, both indoors and outdoors. • Pets must be kept on a leash while in common outdoor areas and should never be left unattended. Please clean up after your pet immediately; designated relief areas may be available. Repeated noise complaints (barking or aggressive behavior) may result in additional action, including cancellation of your stay without refund. • Please be respectful of neighbors and the property at all times. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior is not allowed. • Any missing or damaged linens will incur a replacement charge of $20 per item. • Leave the space tidy and care for it as you would your own home. Please dispose of all trash and recycling in the provided bins. • Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property unless prior authorization is received. Unregistered pets or guests may result in added fees or cancellation of your reservation. • Security cameras may be present on the exterior for the safety and compliance of all guests. • By following these simple guidelines, we can help ensure a comfortable, welcoming, and safe experience for everyone.
