Welcome to Wild & Rooted, a thoughtfully designed 160 sq ft micro tiny home that blends boutique hotel style with the charm of outdoor living. The home is fully private and features a plunge pool for cooling off or cold plunging, a fenced patio with seating, fast WiFi, a smart TV, and a dedicated workspace. Inside you’ll find a comfortable queen bed, a compact kitchen setup with an air fryer, hot plate, microwave, refrigerator, and essentials, plus an efficient layout that maximizes comfort and storage. This home is ideal for solo travelers, couples, weekend adventurers, remote workers, and pet parents looking for a unique Tampa stay. Located in Riverside Heights, one of Tampa’s most walkable neighborhoods, you’re minutes from Armature Works, Riverwalk, Water Street, Raymond James Stadium, downtown, and top dining and entertainment. Please Note: This tiny home is located on the same property as the main Pickleball House. While guests have full privacy and no shared common areas, the driveway is shared to allow access to both homes.

-No Smoking&Drugs: Smoking is not allowed inside or outside or anywhere on property. -Pets Welcome: Pets are allowed, but guests must clean up after their pets or risk added cleaning fees. -No Parties or Events: Unauthorized gatherings are not permitted. -Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect the neighborhood. -Maximum Occupancy: Adhere to the maximum guest limit as listed in your booking. -Cleanliness: Leave the space tidy and treat it with care. Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess. -Trash and Recycling: Dispose of trash and recyclables in the designated bins provided. -Pool Safety: Use the stock tank pool at your own risk. Children and pets must be supervised at all times. No pets in the pool or risk added cleaning fees. -No Unregistered Guests: Only guests included in the reservation are allowed on the property. -Check-In/Check-Out Times: Please respect the check-in and check-out times to ensure smooth transitions between stays. - Street parking only. Guests that park in the driveway risk being towed at guests expense.

Wild & Rooted features a private stock tank plunge pool that provides a refreshing place to cool off in warm weather. Please note that the pool is not heated. The home shares a property line with our Pickleball House. While noise from the court is uncommon, it is possible at times. This is a true tiny home of about 160 sq ft. The layout is efficient and comfortable, but may feel compact for guests who prefer larger spaces. The kitchen includes an air fryer, hot plate, microwave, refrigerator, and essentials, but there is no oven, stove, or dishwasher. The bathroom sink provides cold water only; full hot water is available at the kitchen sink just a few steps away. Riverside Heights is walkable and family-friendly. As with most Florida outdoor spaces, you may see lizards or bugs, especially in warmer months. Parking is available on-site and on the street. For convenience, we recommend bringing one vehicle. The location offers quick access to Tampa’s top attractions, including Armature Works, Riverwalk, Water Street, Raymond James Stadium, downtown, and the airport. We ask guests to observe quiet hours and care for the home and neighborhood. Professional commercial laundry service is used for each stay to ensure consistent 5-star cleanliness.
