Wild & Rooted features a stock tank pool for a unique and refreshing experience—perfect for cooling off in Tampa’s warm weather! The stock tank is not heated. There is a pickleball court next door that may cause some noise disturbances, though rarely a cause for concern, we do want to make guests aware. The tiny home design maximizes space and comfort but may not be ideal for guests requiring larger accommodations. The unit is about 160 sq ft. There is no oven or stove but offers an air fryer, hot plate, and microwave. There is no dishwasher. The bathroom sink is cold water only but hot water is available just steps away at the kitchen sink. Riverside Heights is a walkable, family-friendly neighborhood; however, you may encounter typical Florida wildlife such as lizards and bugs, especially in warmer months. We recommend you pack sunscreen and bug spray. Free street parking is available at the unit. We recommend you bring one car for ease and convenience. The location is close to Tampa's top attractions, including Armature Works, Riverwalk, and major sports, concert venues, and the airport. We ask all guests to respect our home and neighborhood by observing quiet hours and treating the space with care. Let us know if you’d like us to offer additional details about your stay!
