Please ensure your pet does not cause excessive noise, particularly late at night or early in the morning. Remember, some neighbors may have allergies, could be afraid of dogs, or have small children. --> Clean Up After Your Pet: Please use the designated pet relief areas and clean up after your pet. If any pet waste is left unattended, additional cleaning fees will apply. - Lint Rollers and Pet Hair: If your pet sheds, we recommend bringing a lint roller to manage pet hair, especially if your pet will be on the furniture. An additional cleaning fee may be charged if there is excessive pet hair found on furniture or bedding. --> Leash and Control: Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside the apartment. This is to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests and their pets. --> Noise and Behavior: We ask that you prevent your pet from barking excessively or displaying aggressive behavior. If we receive complaints about noise or aggression, we reserve the right to cancel the remainder of your stay without a refund. --> Monitoring and Compliance: Please be aware that we have outdoor cameras in place for security and compliance. Shared Spaces: Please note that the backyard is shared with guests staying in the Banyan Cottage. We kindly ask everyone to be respectful and considerate when enjoying these areas. Security: For your safety and peace of mind, exterior security cameras are in place at the property. House Guidelines: To help ensure a great experience for all guests and neighbors, we ask that any events or gatherings be approved in advance. Pets are welcome with prior approval as well—just let us know ahead of time so we can make the appropriate arrangements.
