Banyan House (Main Home) A spacious two-level home designed for both connection and comfort. Upstairs features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and a cozy living room with a large sofa and 50-inch TV. Downstairs offers 2 expansive king master suites with en-suite bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen ideal for group meals, and an additional dining space. Banyan Cottages (Guesthouses) Two creatively designed cottages add personality and privacy. Artist’s Way & Hello Dali each feature 2 cozy queen bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an open kitchen-living area. Hello Dali brings a bold, surrealist-inspired design for a fun, memorable stay. Amenities & Outdoor Living Enjoy a charming front porch and spacious outdoor deck—perfect for coffee in the morning or gatherings in the evening. High-speed WiFi, dedicated workspace, free on-site parking, and in-unit laundry provide comfort and convenience. Family-friendly amenities including a crib and children’s dinnerware are available.

Any guest hosting an event without our prior approval will be charged a minimum fee of $500. All events need prior approval from us so that the correct permits can be obtained from the city. Any events held without the correct permits are subject to penalties and fees which will be passed onto the guest if there is no prior approval from us. ✔ Max 3 pets – $150 per pet (additional cleaning fees may apply). ✔ Respect neighbors – keep noise levels down, especially at night. ✔ Clean up after your pet – designated pet relief areas available. ✔ Leash required – pets must be leashed in common outdoor areas. ✔ No excessive barking or aggressive behavior – complaints may lead to cancellation. ✔ Security cameras are in place – unauthorized pets will incur additional fees or fines. A few important details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay: Events & Gatherings: Banyan House is a popular setting for bachelorettes, micro weddings, and small celebrations. Due to city regulations and the unique layout of the property, all events and gatherings must be approved in advance. Additional event fees, permits, and coordination may be required depending on the size and nature of your gathering. Unauthorized events are not permitted and may result in cancellation without refund. We’re happy to help guide you through the process to create a seamless and memorable experience. Security: For your safety and to ensure compliance with house rules, exterior security cameras are located in common outdoor areas only. There are no cameras inside any of the units. Florida Environment: As part of Florida’s tropical environment, you may occasionally encounter local wildlife such as lizards or insects, especially in warmer months. The property is professionally serviced with routine pest control to maintain a clean and comfortable stay. Seeing a dead bug is often a sign the treatment is working effectively. Please note: Any unauthorized event or gathering is subject to a $5,000 fee.
