Second time at Mallory square this time in unit five, which had more space and was definitely a difference maker, particularly staying there for almost 3 months on and off. Location can’t be beat, has on-site parking? on-site, laundry than an outdoor area to share very quiet neighborhood and quiet complex you can walk to so many things and get in the car for a short drive to pretty much everything else. It is exactly a 1 mile walk to the water and a five minute walk to a city park with many facilities and a beautiful lake with tons of birds and wildlife . There are several locally owned restaurants and cafes, Walgreens that are within a 5 to 10 minute walk. Unit 5 was great wife lots of space for a couple, there’s even a second bedroom, 3 tvs, and a large bathroom. Can’t say enough good things about Mallory Square. 2nd time and not last. We consider St pete our second home and love spending the holidays and the winter there you can’t beat it. St Pete is just amazing.

We enjoyed our stay in Conch Republic. The unit was comfortable and we really liked the location. We enjoyed walking around the quaint neighborhoods, the waterfront and pier area. Crescent Lake was a nice place to walk and run, and play pickle ball and tennis. It is conveniently located near several restaurants, Trader Joe's, and The Fresh Market.

I had a fantastic stay for just over a month. The decor was so well done! It is just as adorable in person as it is in the photos, making it a treat to be there. The space is great for a longer stay, especially if you're working like I was (there's a nice little office space and outdoor courtyard area) as well as enjoying all of the great restaurants and events in St. Pete. It's well-situated to get to the downtown waterfront and the Grand Central and Warehouse Arts Districts via a longer walk or quick Uber/Lyft ride. The host team was great—very responsive and also proactive with clear instructions. Highly recommend for your St. Pete visit!

This was a perfect spot to stay for along weekend while attending a wedding. Despite it being only 7 days after a hurricane the whole immediate area was perfectly navigable. The host was informative about utility issues that could have arisen but was not alarming. A fun and vibrant accommodation with everything that you could need.

We came to St. Pete for a sister’s trip and our AirBnB in Mallory Square was perfect! The location was extremely close to all of downtown St. Pete- only a 3-5 minute ride. Surrounded by other apartments but still was private and away from the other neighbors. We had a quick issue with the toilet at the start of our stay and Gre immediately sent out maintenance to resolve the issue. The team was extremely responsive and helpful. Other positives for me included: •great water pressure/hot water temp •super clean upon arrival- not even a speck of debris on the floor •guidebooks and local recommendations set up for guests to browse through •televisions in both bedrooms and living room •closets and dressers in both bedrooms-plenty of storage my ONLY recommendation- and this is totally nitpicking- would be to have a baking tray in the kitchen for heating things in the oven. All other amenities were included and so helpful to our trip. Cannot wait to return to Mallory Square!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The home was clean, comfortable, and easy to find. The host was fantastic and even allowed me to extend my stay for an additional three days. I really appreciate his hospitality and the welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be booking this place again in the future. Highly recommend!

Find us

Ride for free on one of the local trolley's from Downtown St Pete. The Downtown Looper route will take you to all the city's major museums and attractions and the Central Ave Looper will take you to the St Pete Beach/Pass-a-Grille. Bikes can be hired from many of the bike 'hubs' throughout St Pete. Lyft and Uber are the easiest way to get affordable rides in minutes.
