LED lighting, low flush fixtures, gas tankless hot water heater, energy efficient appliances, gas range, double pane windows and doors, compostable Keurig coffee pods, bamboo q tips, compostable dog waste bags, 100% recycled paper towels and toilet paper, natural detergent, biodegradable kitchen sponges, eliminating plastic bottles with glass refillable shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap from local eco refillery store (LUFKA). Non toxic Grove cleaning products. Recycling container and trash can provided for guests to recycle their waste. Bicycles for transportation, artificial turf (no water or pesticides required) Educational books on sustainability provided. Our hope is to inspire you to make small changes in your life when you go home. We provide hangers, laundry baskets, iron, steamer, pack n play, and high chair. We provide a starter pack of supplies to get you started for your stay. Please keep in mind that we do not have a surplus of supplies like a hotel. You will receive 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, q tips, cotton balls, and if you are traveling with a dog we will have some doggie treats for our 4 legged guests. We provide 2 large towels, 1 hand towel, 1 face cloth per guest. You may need to wash towels if you need a clean set. We can make exceptions for longer stays. There are a few nearby grocery stores conveniently located stores nearby should you need to restock. *****PLEASE NOTE****** PETS: Pet fee is $150 PER pet. Your initial inquiry/cost breakdown is based on ONE pet. Any additional pets will incur additional fees. In our beautiful state, especially during the summer months, encountering pests like mosquitoes, bugs, and lizards is a common and natural part of the environment. This is not a cause for concern or panic and does not constitute a reason for a refund. Rest assured that all of our properties are serviced monthly by professional pest control companies to ensure the best possible experience for our guests. In fact, if you do happen to see a dead bug, it’s a good sign that the pest control is doing its job! We can confidently assure you that our units are extremely clean and meticulously cared for, and there are no infestations. Your comfort and safety are our top priorities, and we take great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and care. Currently, the shed is not air-conditioned, but we are working to add AC in the near future to make your workout experience even better. We are not liable for any injuries that may occur while using the gym. --> Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to use any of the equipment.
